I found this app easy to use and intuitive. The video streamed immediately and I was able to switch seamlessly between different networks using the map. Excellent functionality for an initial release, and a great app!

This app is really cool, but it needs more channels. In the Dallas/Fort Worth area theres only one local channel and Id like to see more choices. But overall its a good start for the app. Also the UI could be improved.

This is awesome. Its about time someone did this. Released with Chromecast and AirPlay support is even better. The UI is terrible and very awkward. I just wish sources from my city were available. Streams are good quality too.

The app is giving me Iowa news, but I live in Texas.

Looks promising. Is there a way to get other countries news? Like Canada?

Channels are limited, though I think thats due to those channels, not the app. Very convenient, picture in picture works nicely.

The app interface needs work. But more importantly, watching local TV News to learn anything of value is pointless. So this app brings the viewer 50-channels of pointless.

Great app, great idea but!!! Hard to navigate. Hope they fix it other then that five starts!!!

The NewsOn app is a fantastic way for me to stay up to date with news in my area. I love the fact that you can also watch relevant content based on what interests you like "healthy living". Highly recommend.

What the heck is going on with the interface and navigation???? Not user friendly and goes against all normal navigation and interface norms. Needs a navigation overhaul desperately.

FINALLY someone came up with an app that lets me watch local news from anywhere. Love this app!!!!

This is a very disoriented app and it impossible to use. No menus, no lists, no nothing. Often the quality of the picture is poor. Needs a major overhaul!

Really great concept and decent content....please consider a redesign of the UI/UX to make this app less confusing to navigate!!!!!!

A little klutzy to use but does what it says. My real complaint is that it only gets US stations, why not include English language stations in other countries, such as Canada, UK, and Australia?

Downloaded NewsOn before a two week vacation in Mexico. No TV in the condo we use but the owner does have a decent DSL wifi. NewsOn allowed me to stay in touch with local news. I loved be no able to watch news when it fit my schedule. How about parter wring with stations in Fort Myers Florida. How about carrying network National news broadcasts as well.
